Again On BBC Weather
Back in bbc_weather I have fetched some weather forcast from BBC. Recently I wanna include more cities, but BBC seems to have revamped their weather rss service. I found that the old rss links are still there, just not revealed to public anymore. I like the old urls so I decide to dig it out.
HTML Escape Characters
Basically they are decimal ascii code plus the control seq:
&#VAR;
One can produce a list for the decimal numbers:
awk 'BEGIN {for (i=33; i<383; i++) {printf ("&#%s; is escaped to %c\n", i, i)}}'
And there are other special code like nbsp, amp etc.
